What is your deadline for dispatching orders?

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) will be dispatched the following day, while any orders placed after 13:00 (GMT) will be dispatched on the second day.

If you have not yet received your dispatch email or don’t know your order number, please contact us with the order number (if known), order date, and the name on the order.

Why is my order late?

Typically, our deliveries can take place between 8:00 and 21:00. If it is past 21:00 on your expected delivery date, your order is considered late. In rare instances, delays may occur due to events beyond our control. In such cases, we collaborate with our couriers to expedite the delivery process as swiftly as possible. It’s worth noting that the majority of delayed deliveries are successfully completed the following day.

Can I edit my order?

We process orders immediately, even on weekends and holidays, for swift delivery. Please ensure you have provided accurate details, including delivery address and postcode when placing orders, as changes cannot be made once an order is placed. Avoid requests for order changes or cancellations, as items will likely be dispatched by the time we read your message.

I received a damaged item what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that you received an item in damaged condition. Please report this within 12 hours of receiving your order, providing the name and email address associated with the order, along with the order number, product name(s), a brief description of the damages, and photos (including shots of the entire item and close-ups of damaged areas) to facilitate a successful claim. Claims submitted after 12 hours may not be considered.
